I had my mum’s funeral at Peaceful funeral services back in November 2020. They were amazing every step of the way, I was only 29 at the time and my mum was my world, so to go through organising a funeral is something I thought I would be dealing with in my 40s or 50s. But I can’t thank the team enough for the care they have. I popped in today as they place a plaque on their wall for each funeral they have. Its a nice gesture that you have somewhere to go to say Hello to your loved one when they opt to be cremated. They honestly have all the time in the world for you and stop what they’re doing to have a chat and see how you’re going. It made my day. Would highly recommend the team to everyone. 🕊 Rosanna Benge

My brother recently passed and my mum, nephews and I needed help in organising the funeral. John stepped us through it calmly and practically. John has been doing this for many years and it shows in his presentation, caring and compassionate approach. He even scheduled a meeting on a Sunday so that my nephews understood the process we were about to embark on. The extended team of Kylie and Kath were tremendous help with organising the music, photo presentation and bookmarks. Nothing was ever an issue. I asked lots of questions! I was so very grateful for their help. John’s eulogy, with our input, was above my expectations showing his expertise on such things. The feedback from family and friends cemented our view that my brothers funeral was the best one they had ever been to. I would entrust John and the team to organise our next funeral which we know is coming upon us soon.
